a) Navigation data (Cloudflare Pages)

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). To ensure the security and availability of the service, Cloudflare automatically collects technical network data:

• Visitor IP address
• User-Agent (browser type and operating system)
• URL of the requested page
• Date and time of the request
• HTTP response code

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller in network security and service continuity (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period: up to 7 days (standard Cloudflare plan).
Transfer outside the EU: transfer to the USA takes place in compliance with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. For more information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

b) Data provided voluntarily (contacts)

When you contact us via email, phone or the contact form on the site, we collect the data you provide directly (name, email, phone number, message).

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period: for the time necessary to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months from the reply.
Recipients: only internal company staff. Data is not transferred to third parties.

c) Local technical data (localStorage)

The site saves the user's cookie preference (mm_consent) in the browser. This data remains exclusively in the local browser and is never transmitted to external servers. For details see the Cookie Policy.
